C.M.P.No.19756 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.12918 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to declare the fourth petitioner as major and discharge the 2nd petitioner from representing the fourth petitioner as next friend in the S.A.SR.No.12918 of 2022 and permit the fourth petitioner to proceed along with other petitioners.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that the fourth petitioner namely Mr.Jeyaseelan was born on 18.11.1999 and had attained majority. Naturally, he has every right to take decisions by himself. In view of the above fact, this petition stands allowed.

3.Accordingly, the fourth petitioner may be shown as represented by himself and the guardian namely his mother who is shown as the second petitioner is discharged as guardian.

4.The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.12918 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order and carry out the necessary corrections in the cause-list.
