This petition is filed to set aside the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.39475 of 2023, dated 07.09.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate CCB cases and CBCID (Metro Cases), Egmore Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., until further orders is onerous condition and needs to be modified.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), per contra, submitted that being an offence of forgery and cheating, the investigation requires the presence of the petitioner.

4.Considering the fact, the condition to report the petitioner before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/4

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
