This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit her to amend the name of the 7th respondent/7th defendant namely "ARUN RAJ" with "ARUN KUMAR" and consequently permit the applicant herein to carry out the amendment in the original petition as well as in the amended plaint copy.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection made by the other side and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
