The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.07.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 @ 147, 148, 120(B) and 302 r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.421 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner has been detained under Act

14. He also produced a copy of the order passed in Ku.Pa.Ma.No.20/2023 dated 25.09.2023

3. In view of the submissions made, this court is of the view that, not inclined to entertain this bail petition.

Thus, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
