This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to issue subpoena to 1.D.Vijayan, Son of K.Dilli, 8/91, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Paraniputhur, Chennai-600 122, and 2.S.Perumal, Son of Sriramulu, 44/2, Swamy Street, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 to appear before this Court and also to speak about the affidavit of Attesting witness dated 14.09.2013 and tender evidence with regard to execution, attestation and registration of the Will dated 29.01.2010 and direct the Registry to issue subpoena to be served on the respective witnesses with date, time and court details.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue subpoena to the attesting witnesses namely 1.D.Vijayan, Son of K.Dilli, 8/91, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Paraniputhur, Chennai-600 122, and 2.S.Perumal, Son of Sriramulu, 44/2, Swamy Street, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 to appear before the Master Court.
