C.R.P.(PD)No.1959 of 2017 kj Petition is filed against the order of dismissal dated 21.09.2016 made in I.A.No.569 of 2016 in O.S.No.548 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Cheyyar, filed to re-open the suit. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.548 of 2008 was disposed of by the judgment and decree dated 19.01.2017 and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 18.08.2021 kj To The Additional District Munsif Cheyyar.
