ORDER

This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to direct the thirteenth respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.1,87,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand only) towards arrears of rent payable by the thirteenth respondent after deducting the advance paid by her.

2. In this case, it is an admitted fact that already the applicant filed applications in O.A.Nos.121 and 122 of 2022, for restraining the respondents 1 to 4 from collecting the rents from the tenants and directing the respondents 5 to 13 to deposit their respective rent before the Court and the same was allowed on 07.04.2022.

3. As against the said orders, O.S.A.No.157 of 2022 was filed, and the same was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, this Court passed an order by directing the respondents 5 to 13 to deposit the rent amount to the Court on or before the 5th of every month to the credit of the suit. This petition is filed once again for the same relief along with the other reliefs. Since this Court already passed an order in Page No.3 of 7

respect of the deposit of rent amount, no further order required to be passed in this application in respect of the payment of rent and as far as the other reliefs are concerned, they can be decided after trial.
