This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No. 269 of 2015 dated 04.06.2015 against the petitioner for the alleged offence under section 107 Cr.P.C pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 4.
