Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the daughter-in-law being wife of late Sathishkumar. The said Sathishkumar has died in a Motor Accident and paternal grandmother has made an application for compensation in MCOP.No.975 of 2023, without even impleading the present applicant.

3. It appears that the petitioner had filed claim petition independently in MCOP.No.444 of 2023 which is pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Judge, Erode inorder to have a joint trial of both O.Ps., concerning the death of the said Sathishkumar, the present application is sought to be filed.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
