Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The defendant in O.S.No.427 of 2017 has filed the present revision petition. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024. The application has been taken out by the petitioner is one seeking condonation of delay in 2107 days in filing the application to set aside the ex-parte decree dated 28.09.2018.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has been pending for last nine (9) months.

4. In view of the relief sought for in this petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed and direction is issued to the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
