Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.L.NAMASIVAYAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner to extent the time of four weeks for complying the condition imposed in the order dated 30.08.2019 in Crl.MP.No.12535 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.845 of 2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial contingencies the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund and therefore, seeking extension of time.

4.
