ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.22253 of 2023 is filed to modify the bail condition by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Vellore by an order in Crl.M.P.No.3081 of 2023, dated 04.09.2023.

2. The conditions imposed as against the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear everyday before the Inspector of Police, Triplicane Police Station, , until further orders and the Inspector of Police, Triplicane Police Station is directed to produce the register, where the petitioner signs, to show that the petitioner had actually signed. The other condition relating to the production of surety for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) is retained.
