This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in crime No. 433 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused was involved in brutal murder of the defacto complainant's husband who was an ex-councillor and zone leader at Kondalapatti Zone, AIADMK party. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. As per the prosecution, due to previous enemity, the petitioner along with other accused persons have conspired and murdered the deceased by engaging other accused persons. Further, the petitioner is the wife of A1. Considering the gravity of the offence, if she released on bail she may tamper the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
