This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Chettypalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall also appear before the respondent Police as and when required imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18295 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
