This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19452 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
