Learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application filed by the applicant/defendant to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the written statement.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant/defendant for condoning the delay.
