The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.06.2025, in connection with Crime No.287 of 2025 registered on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 81 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, seeks bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused had involved in child trafficking. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second bail application filed before this Court. The first bail application in Crl.O.P.No.19911 of 2025 was dismissed by this Court on 15.07.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and objected for granting bail to the petitioner. He further submitted that the investigation has not yet commenced due to the absconding of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, and in the absence of any change in circumstances, this Court, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
