O R D E R

Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 29.01.2025 that reads as follows:

Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondent and seeks some time to obtain written instructions.

2. It is the say of the learned counsel for contempt petitioner that relieving order has been issued but the original certificates are still withheld. The Court sees no justification in this. 3.List on 07.02.2025. Written instructions, if any, be filed on that date.

2. Written instructions bearing Ref.No.5696/ME-4/ME5/2024 dated 07.02.2025 from the Vice Principal, Madurai Medical College, Madurai are produced, wherein it is stated that the certificates given at the time of admission will be returned to the petitioner and that the Writ Petitioner has been informed that she can collect her original certificates on all working days.

3. Hence, the petitioner may well approach the College and collect the certificates. It is made clear that the certificates must be handed over to the petitioner when she presents herself next. 2/4

4. As the object of the Contempt Petition stands achieved by virtue of proceedings dated 07.02.2025 and the present order, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
