Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an interim direction to respondents to release amount of gratuity to the petitioner,(WMP.No.10840 of 2017) pending disposal of the above writ petition (WP.No.9853 of 2017) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SASEETHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the writ petitioner praying to grant an interim direction to the respondents to release amount of gratuity to the petitioner pending disposal of the aboved writ petition.
