This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 26.11.2018 in W.P. No. 30796 of 2018. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the order has been complied by considering the representation of the petitioner. An affidavit has also been filed seeking unconditional apology for the delay in complying the order and the unconditional apology is accepted. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of his representation, he is at liberty to challenge the same. 3.

With the above observation, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
