This petition has been filed to grant a further period of six months time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 27.04.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.30018 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners submitted that already charge sheet was filed and the same has been taken cognizance by the Trial Court in C.C.No.3 of 2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed.
