This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17693 of 2023 to report before the trial Court i.e., Principal Special Judge of Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Judge of Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., till completion of trial, apart from the Court hearing dates.
