This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14319 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 "(b)" the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of trial and he shall also appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail and he shall co-operate with the trial, failing which, bail granted by this Court would be cancelled automatically.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on all Court hearing dates.
