ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner representation dated 20.06.2025, whereby, she sought for field measurement.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025 has not been considered by the respondents so far.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025 will be considered and the field measurement will be completed within a period of four weeks.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 13.10.2025

7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
