This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No. 103 of 2015 dated 08.03.2015 against the petitioner for the alleged offence under section 107 Cr.P.C pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent/state.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
