Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution for issuance of writ of certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 08.08.2016 in proceedings No.TN/SRO/AMB/68329/A-1/2016 and quash the same.

O R D E R
The petitioner having argued the matter at length seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition to approach the appropriate authority namely Employment Provident Fund Tribunal, within two (2) weeks so as to get his remedy and till that time, there shall not be any coercive steps by the respondent, till a decision is taken in the stay petition in the proceedings to be initiated before the tribunal.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, this court grants permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to move before the Tribunal, on or before 12.12.2016 and till such time, the petitioner is permitted to operate his account.
3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P is closed.
