Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in Summon dated 28.12.2022 issued under Section 91 of Cr.P.C., on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

O R D E R

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 30.11.2023, the petitioner herein has returned to India, had participated in the enquiry on 12.12.2023 and 13.12.2023. The statement has been recorded, documents required by the Investigating Officer been produced by the petitioner herein and same is under scrutiny.

The report filed by the Additional Superintendent of Police EOW, Chennai indicates that only after scrutiny of the documents, the 2/5

presence of the petitioner will be required if necessary. In the light of the above said facts, Look Out Circular issued is hereby stand cancelled. In future, if the petitioner is required for any further enquiry, he shall appear on summons.

With this observation, both Criminal Original Petition and Writ petition are disposed of.
