The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders on 21.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8482 of in Crl.O.P.No.9882/2023 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
