This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the present criminal revision petition against the order dated 02.04.2024 passed in CMP.No.1867 of 2023 in MC.No.20 of 2021 on the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 11 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
