This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case and investigate the same according to law on the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 25.03.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has paid money through RTGS to the opposite party for supply of iron scrap, but, whereas the opposite party has not supplied the said goods. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case.

In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
