This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.220 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, Thirupathur District.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Vaniyambadi as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.220 of 2023. The learned Subordinate Judge has sent a report stating that the suit has been posted on 15.10.2024 for cross-examination of the civil revision petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned Subordinate Judge at Vaniyambadi, Thirupathur District, nine months time is granted to the learned Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.220 of 2023.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
