This Contempt Petition has been filed against the interim order passed by this Court on 16.08.2022, wherein an interim protection has been granted and the case was adjourned to 13.09.2022. It was open for the petitioner to press for further relief before the Court, which was hearing the matter.

Considering the fact that writ petition is still pending before the learned Single Judge, I am inclined to close this contempt petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to canvass all his rights before the writ Court.
