ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the sixth respondent from putting up any construction for slaughter house in the open/vacant space lying adjacent to Tomato market (in Palacode Village Survey No.924/1) or for any other purpose.
2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that at the place where
the commercial complex is proposed to be constructed, there is no proposal to construct the slaughter house. Further, there is sufficient space measuring 100 meters between the proposed slaughter house and the commercial complex.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
