ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2162 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioners seeking medical leave salary for the medical leave based on their last drawn pay with applicable interest, after adjusting the amounts which were already paid, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the
petitioner's representation and disbursed the medical leave salary with application interest to all the petitioners. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 23.10.2025 before this Court. 3.
Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
