The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14645 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.D.Veerasekaran, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the sale deed has already been executed and therefore the order has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent.
