Rathina Sabapathi Thevar v. Arulmighu Agatheeswarar Devasthanam

C.M.P.Nos.18805, 18811 & 18809 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.18805, 18811 & 18809 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.3397 of 2010 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.18805 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the petition seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th petitioner namely R.Rajasekaran.

2. C.M.P.No.18811 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th petitioner namely R.Rajasekaran.

3. C.M.P.No.18809 of 2022 has been filed to bring the petitioners 1 and 2/proposed petitioners 8 and 9 as legal heirs of the deceased 4th petitioners R.Rajasekaran and rank them as petitioners 8 and 9 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.18805, 18811 & 18809 of 2022 are ordered.
