ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Shajahan representing the first respondent reported that the District Collector has passed an order rejecting the request of the petitioner to restore the OTP and cheque signing facilities. Mr.Sakthivel states that the order has been passed without hearing the writ petitioner.

2. The scope of the contempt is limited to see whether the order of this Court has been willfully disobeyed. The Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.Sathya Narayana Prasad had remitted the matter to the District Collector to pass orders. As orders have been passed, I cannot hold the respondents in contempt. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order by resorting to such proceedings, if she desires.

3. With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
