At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner the matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that at the time of final hearing it is mistakenly submitted that the petitioner / wife is unemployed. Thereafter, on verification, it is found that the petitioner is employed and living along with her parents and 7 year old male child.

3. In view of the said mistake, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is to be modified. Accordingly, paragraph 3 of the order dated 23.12.2022 in Tr.C.M.P.No.1086 of 2022 has been modified as under: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
