O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Charge sheet in Crime No.345 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioners herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and the second respondent / de-facto complainant has also filed an affidavit to that effect dated 04.11.2019.

3. Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective parties, they have also submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards and the same has been made part of the record.

4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pending the Criminal Original Petition, the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been laid, which has been taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamalle.

5. Recording the statements made in the Joint Compromise Memo dated 04.11.2019, the proceedings in Crime No.345 of 2019, pending on the file of the first respondent herein, is quashed.

6. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly.
