This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.07.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner seeks for a completion certificate and no objection certificate for the lawful operation of an LPG Gas cylinder storage godown situated at D.No.5, Mullai Nagar 2nd street, Jai Hind Nagar, Ernavur, Chennai - 600 057. Though the petitioner along with her business partner had obtained all requisite statutory permissions for establishing and operating the LPG godown, the respondents have not issued the NOC and completion certificate and in view of the same, a representation was also given, however, the same has not been considered, hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that it would suffice for this Court to direct the respondents, more particularly the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2/4

seek time to consider the petitioner's representation.

5. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court hereby directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
