Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 2 to initiate the fresh land acquisition proceedings in view of the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.29585 of 2016 dated 01.04.2025 in S.No.54/1A2 and 54/1B measuring 0.70.0 Hectares in Pannapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, (formerly Dharmapuri District) now Krishnagiri District under the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Welfare Schemes Act and to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.05.2025 and further, direct the respondents to complete the acquisition proceedings in due process of law within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
