This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 18.04.2016 and initiate legal action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 18.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has lent a sum of Rs.35 lakhs to the opposite party and that the opposite party has failed to return the money. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
