ORDER

Following the direction of this Court to the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court as to the reason for not taking up the protest petition preferred by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Sr.No.11471 of 2019, the Registry has received the report from the concerned Magistrate Court and considering the reasons given by the Court, it is found that the final report preferred by the police has been taken on file in Crl.M.P.No.1660/2020 on 06.08.2020 and notice has been ordered to the defacto-complainant i.e. the petitioner for filing his objection and the matter stands adjourned to 21.08.2020. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in the criminal original petition. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is closed.
