Considering the fact that the suit schedule property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and though first defendant and third defendant office is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the branch office of the third defendant is in Chennai and other defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
