The respondent has no objection for the transfer and would only request that he may be permitted to see his child, whom he has not seen for the last 1 year.

2. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Once the matter is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, the Court to which the case would be alloted shall first refer the parties for mediation, with reference to the visitation rights.
