This application has been filed for an interim injunction restraining the respondents 3 to 7 and their men from distributing or disbursing or releasing or alienating any of the stocks, securities and deposits, described in the schedule B of the plaint, lying in their custody pending disposal of the suit.

2. Despite service of notice, the respondents have not filed counter.

3. Hence, the interim Order already passed by this Court on 12.10.2023 is made absolute till the disposal of the suit.
