This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a suitable direction to the respondent police to do further investigation in Crime No.25 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is over and the final report has been filed on 27.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Thirutani.
