This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvallur as against the petitioners.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.25 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.134 of 2025.
