The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 306 IPC, in Crime No.158 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's wife and the deceased were working together and there were wordy quarrel between the petitioner's wife and the deceased in the working place and that the petitioner and his wife scolded the deceased, as a result, the deceased committed suicide by setting fire on her.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a false case has been foisted against the petitioner taking advantage of the petitioner's wife working with the deceased in the same shoe company and that there was a wordy quarrel between them. The petitioner has been in custody from 08.04.2016 and the petitioner is having permanent residence and therefore, he may be released on bail. 4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has opposed the application contending that the deceased committed suicide only due to the quarrel between the deceased, petitioner and his wife and the investigation is not completed.

bbr/srn 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, duration of the custody, petitioner having permanent residence and peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month. 04.05.2016 bbr/srn Crl.O.P.No. 9899 of 2016
