ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the respondents to take further action based on his complaint dated 22.07.2019, submitted before the first respondent and to conduct investigation in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry the petitioner's complaint was registered in Crime No.416/2019 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
